Establish and carry out organisation goals , providing enlisted services, within the financial budgeted
Overall development of business and manage operations and be responsible for P&L, six monthly,
Manage procedures and processes in support of all operations.
Manage scheduling, assigning, reviewing, and supervising work of all employees and Workers Pool .
Manage all administrative services, train and discipline work force.
Recommending and developing changes in policies and procedures wherever changes required and
effect changes, if any, under direction from directors
Ensuring all compliances – government related laws, rules and regulations
Trouble shooting and responding to after hour issues.
Update and maintain all company related datas.
Serve as a Liaison person with various authorities, communities and public in general, wherever
Management of all Contracts and ensuring effective implementations
Recruitment of office , field staff, people in work pool etc with due approval from Mnagement.
Mediating in conflicts, resulting out of unsatisfactory craftsmanship and other labour related issues.
Analysing problems and identifying alternate solutions, with cost analysis and implementing after
approval from Management.
Ensuring that all company payments are received timely and in accurate in Company accounts within
the required time frame, including cash remittances wherever applicable
- QUALIFICATION: 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, GRADUATION
